County grants available to support community development, arts, culture and more

The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors approved a Competitive Grants Program that can provide up to $1 million ​to local government entities and non-profit community organizations for activities and programs in the areas of economic development, tourism, arts and culture, sports facilities, parks and community development.  The Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Grant Program was established to support and enhance the cultural life and community image of the County and its residents.

The deadline to apply is April 14, 2017 at 5:00 pm.  Applications will be accepted online through the County’s Office of Economic Development.
