Sacramento County Says Goodbye to Single-use Plastic Bags

BYOS-CountyOn July 1, 2016, single-use plastic bags will no longer be provided by many businesses in unincorporated Sacramento County.  Instead, shoppers will have a choice of reusable bag options at checkout.  Thank you for doing your part to keep our environment clean and our tax dollars available for other purposes besides removing derelict single-use plastic bags from parks and parkways, drainage canals and roadside shoulders.  Get more information for shoppers and retailers here.
