Ban on Same-Sex Marriages Lifted

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has lifted the stay on same-sex marriages. California to immediately resume issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The Sacramento County Clerk Recorder will remain open until 7 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2013.
